Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd. Completes First Shipment of PV Modules for 100MW Maamba Photovoltaic Power Station Project in Zambia On Schedule

Recently, the first batch of photovoltaic modules for the 100MW Maamba Photovoltaic Power Station Project in Zambia (hereinafter referred to as the "Maamba Photovoltaic Project"), constructed by Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd., departed from Shanghai Port as scheduled. This milestone marks the official launch of the project, propelling it into a fast-track construction phase.

The Maamba Photovoltaic Project is located in eastern Zambia, Africa, a region rich in solar energy resources. Upon completion, it is expected to generate over 250,000 MWh of electricity annually, making it a significant milestone in Zambia's, and even Central Africa's, strategic transformation and upgrading of the energy structure. Simultaneously, this project serves as a vivid demonstration of Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd.'s active participation in the Belt and Road Initiative and its commitment to realizing the China National Building Material Group's "Overseas Decade Rebuilding" strategic objectives.

The Maamba Photovoltaic Project is the second clean energy power generation project undertaken by Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd. in Zambia, following the "Waste Heat + Photovoltaic Project" at the China National Building Material Zambia Industrial Park.
